Buying in Leilani Estates

Thanks for the input. yes i am comfortable with it being in LZ1. I like it's location and the area seems well established with some nice homes.
My wife and I both love the weather there. We prefer hot and rainy over temperate and rainy. Maybe I'm naive but I'm not worried about the Lava. Life is full of things to worry about, I'm not going to concern myself with acts of nature.
I think it will be a good place to raise my two small children.
