I'm 70+ now and remember when my mom had few places to turn to in those times of need. If not for them I've no idea what she would have done.
Yes Planed Parenthood has some problems and needs to have a closer look at, as no one or any organization is problem free.

Perhaps we wouldn't have such a problem with abortion if only the closed minded supporters weren't unable to compromise.

Want to remove this man exercising his right to say his mind. You should get together and change the parking laws, IE, limit the time allowed, or perhaps exercise the loitering law or create one.
I know he would annoy me, like the many panhandlers do. I accept his right to be there as long as he doesn't verbally or physically assault or accost anyone, he has as much a right to be there as anyone (you) does.
