Roe v Wade is an unconstitutiona userpation power of the courts. Not grant of authority under the Constituion gives them the power to establish binding "precedent", they created that themselves out of whole cloth, and Congress is soon going to trim these tyrants in Black Robes back. The Founders intended the Courts to be the weakest of the three branches, not final arbiters, but then as long as they rule the way your want, all is well in Mudville. Imagine, in a Representative Democracy, with government at all levels elected by the people, 9 un-elected people, serving for Life, being the ultimate dictatorial authority. It is an abomination to Representative Democracy.
