These people never stand for election, or re-election, and are appointed for life. Do you not understand how dangerous it is to give absolute or near-absolute power to such a set of circumstances. Their job is to try cases, not to make new law. There was no law passed by Congress on this subject matter, it is clearly a States-Rights issue, not a Federal issue. In fact, the only Federal issue is the Civil Rights of the pre-born not to be slaughtered.
You guys are very good at making snide, infantile remarks, but putting out or understanding anything substantial, well its a lost cause. No wonder Puna is such a mess.
