homeless cabins on rd 1

lee i went to the pahoa meeting last nite and asked this very question. it is being researched and when i get an answer i will post it. the pastor from oahu stated it as fact at the road meeting, had the plans etc. and the owner of the property said the county had approved it. but neither of the puna councilmen knew anything about it.. so i would say it hasn't gotten far yet. i know i would be in there yelling like a banshee. no services in the acres, our roads are in disrepair and the police presence is limited as it is everywhere. the police gave a nice report last nite also, just so much crime going on right now...
