mrs mimosa, i have never been turned away from a harc meeting. i truly believe they are trying. but i believe the pastor was told the road committee had no say in what he was proposing. Personally i don't think having the haca folks either approve/disapprove would have much bearing either. both organizations have less than 10% participation of lot owners. ( i find that very sad in the case of our roads) so i doubt the pastor will return to road meeting. i can't imagine this ever making it through planning dept either, as everyone has stated, there are no services in the acres for this troubled population.
