Funny how the subdivision is "private" if you want roads or other infrastructure, but it's also "in the County" if they want to enforce any regulations for any reason.
For what it's worth, I read the transcripts from the various Planning meetings that led up to this, and I'm frankly embarrassed by the waste of time and money.
