All food has ingredients, ingredients by definition are what the food is made of, sometimes (often) ingredients are chemical additives, artificial flavoring and colors, and preservatives. The cheaper the food the more additives as a rule, for some reason people end up paying a premium for food that has a simple 3 or 4 ingredient list like potatoes, salt, olive oil instead of a long list of chemicals like the cheap version of the same product.
