What about a good BBQ joint? Think there would be any interest in some good ol' southern BBQ around there? I have pondered opening a restaurant from time to time. I helped design, build, and run a restaurant when I was in college. And I must admit, I can whip up some pretty outasite BBQ.
Just some food for thought.....lol....
