Hello John and Leilaniguy, thanks for your posts.I agree that I shouldn't buy any lots sight unseen and I hope to be making a trip to the BI in May to check lots and subdivisions out. Hello John this is Ron from the Konaweb posts. I am the one that you offered to sell a lot in Nanawale to but I couldn't come down with the downpayment that your estate required. As you can see, I am still trying to find something worthwhile to buy in Puna with owner financing before prices skyrocket up again . This particular lot is on Ebay and is being sold by myeranch.com. Only requires $1,000 down with financing at 9%. Any thoughts on this company? They have been in business for some time now and will offer a exchange policy if I didn't like the lot. I can also build on the lot as I make the payments. Something like this is really the only way that I know in getting a lot now. Would anyone living in Nanawale or close to it be willing to check the lot out for me? The tmk # is 314-62-118, lot 680 and is the fourth lot in from Flower Road on Kahoolawe on the left. Willing to pay for your services. Also if you or any other forum members can educate me on how to acquire property in the Puna area with little down and owner financing please let me know. Mahalo, Ron
