Aloha Ron, John knows his stuff. Be very cautious of this deal. It sounds like the e-Bay deal is an "agreement of sale", legal here but few other places. A sweet deal for the seller, high risk for the buyer. The seller holds title until the last payment is made. You miss one payment and the seller can repo. with no refund.
