Aloha to all who replied. I really appreciate it. I realize that these people on Ebay and elsewhere prey on those who can't afford to pay cash for a lot and thus allow them to take on high risk agreements for overpriced lots that may be not even be suitable for development. But when you are close to retirement and made up your mind to move to Hawaii and don't have $35,000 what can you do? John, again I appreciate and value your advise as always. Mahalo, Ron
