Thanks, that's what I was seeing too, with the exception of trullia who claimed only 1 house in HPP sold in the last 90 days for a very low price, but my understanding is they are not the most reliable source for data. Everywhere else I looked showed booming sales, plus I've seen so many houses go from pouring the foundation to lived in, in just a matter of 8-10 weeks, that Teddy's claim just made no sense.
