Sorry to hear of your troubles! You can send them an email at help@restaurant.com or call them at 800-979-8985 M-F 8:30-5 pm ET. I have had success using them at Hilo Siam and for awhile at Papa's Palaoa Bakery until they stopped accepting them recently.
