Making it painfully obvious that our local representation is impotent when it comes to these issues and that Honolulu is still in charge. Jokes on them though because once Oahu is one big parking lot they will start to move here and wonder who built such substandard roads.

Notice how the ponding water downhill of the Kea'au transfer station is not mentioned anymore? Until someone hydroplanes into oncoming traffic...
