This is a direct quote from a previous director of the HPP board, "Of course that $2.00 a page form had a purpose when it was voted on by the board as some members wanted the office to supply them with a lot of old reports. The office however maintained a binder of all the current reports that members could look at right there at the counter and at the membership meetings copies of the most current reports were all available for members to take. Also at the October meeting copies of the annual audit was also available."
