I wouldn't spend too much time trying to bring out the "truth" for commentators like Punatic007. Their worldview* and accompanying hyperbole doesn't accommodate nuance or allow for the complexities of life. Notice that in the last paragraph of P007's response to me they make an assertion about me based on their own conjecture ("...it's okay to take an advantage...") and then use it to impugn my integrity ("..your ethics...scam...").
BTW: HOTPE, with you I never know if it's meant to be sardonic. You do know that it was a very small and extremely remote village, kuuleana titles for the most part, surrounded by state lands and no other use for the property given its lack of access and resources.
