Orchidland Neighbors Community Center Fundraiser

I truly do not understand why you are not raising funds for the lot Orchidland already owns, pls explain this. You are trying to raise funds for a lot that does not exists yet, why not just say that the money is to buy a lot. But best yet, use your fundraising to create the lot Orchidland members DO own.
