Bought a Samsung washer and dryer from Lowes in Kona two years ago. Last week, washer decided to flood the floor. Fortunately, it was a slow flood. We have an extended warranty on it but Lowes would not help us. I figured, I'd open it up and see if I could do something. Turned the water level pressure switch hose slipped of the tub attachment making the machine "think" it was never filling up. Turns out Samsung used a very flimsy spring clamp to hold the hose.
I reattached the hose, cleaned up the mess and so far the machine is working. I left the back off so I can monitor what's happening.
You'd think after a hundred years humans would have perfected the washing machine, I know they don't know a thing about customer service!
....just a ramble to warn the wary.
