AKPilot, not knowing what's going on, if it's spirits (uhane), strange happenings (you mention "obake, bad juju, bad mana"), or just "worldly" challenges, tough to offer advice. If you're willing to share an example, it would be helpful. If not, I totally understand.
In general, there are few Kahuna (real ones) left. We were taught over the course of life, how to "cleanse" our homes ourselves, and often. One of the few people left that I trust to bless our home is Kahu Leolani "Liefy" Pratt-Ha'o, from Keaukaha. She traverses between the old ways, and Christian ways for balance. Her mother was a true Kahuna, thus, she also has the gift to "see".
There has got to be someone in your area who can help, and that knows the history of your property/area. Thinking about this, and sending positive energy for positive change, AKPilot.
