You will have to be completely ready for the lift, as you will probably have set up time for the crane, rigging time, then lift, rotate and set onto your new "build ready" foundation. Be sure to have temporary cross bracing to keep structure from imploding itself when lifting, as it will want to pull your anchor points towards the middle as you lift.
If you decide to log it over, make sled runners by taking logs running perpendicular to your floor framing about every 4 feet, then use the rollers under these sled logs to reduce friction, and reduce framing "beat up", and use as large a diameter log as you can for the rollers.
