I know someone involved. The plan of attack by the new owner, John's stepmother is having it cleaned out and assessed for damages. She will then decide how much she wants to invest in fixing it up before it goes on the market. I've heard it's quite trashed.
Seaview has small lots and is growing rapidly, and the folk there seem to be "party" oriented. Loud parties the last time I visited on a weekend including sub-woofers on cars in the front park. They need to clean that up. Lots too small for boom boom and loud drunks.
