You mean the chain Chevy's? I loved that place, with El Machina making the tortillas. Sadly, they got bought out by Taco Bell, and quality went waaaay downhill.
I've had good Mexican in Kona, why not here? I'll have to try the new place in Hilo again after they've settled in. It was OK the other day. Buenos Amigos or something like that, where Ocean Sushi used to be.
