Maybe it has something to do with the fact that our Community Service Officer is on vacation?

Can't say except I experienced something similar, terrorized by a few low lifes at my property in Puna and that's somewhat, after attempting to get legal, attorneys and any availed support, what was explained to me..

It wasn't as bad as poor Lilikio is going through but, I also reframed from being on my property too, to avoid further contact, conflict, nearly every time. it cost me bundles for having to do that. 1,000's and 1,000's plus, plus, not to leave out the hardship and I must say, incredible hardship I could have never expected.

Eventually, like a friggen year later, the DA got them fined and the judge reprimanded em. Big deal! ;(.

I filed, in total, 8 valid complaints yet, only 1 was applied. Sad

Whereas, had it been on the mainland, Jail and bail would be their route.
