My understanding is that the UPS's and their batteries cannot be shipped from the mainland [Amazon and such] because of air shipment restrictions.
Don't know if there is on these, mine was shipped priority which may or may not have been air from Ca to Fl. there's also plenty china sellers with batteries and those do fly.
And I didn't have to open mine as I opened the net and searched the type and maker, and as it's older and no longer listed by the maker so, I.D. positively by photos.
