House to be built right next to mine (WHY) !

One of my "neighbors" on the next street over owns the empty lot between me and the ocean view. They planted a bamboo patch right on their side of the property line, blocking my view, just because they didn't want to see my house from the street! They're lawyers, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
