Is it true that Tiffany was blogging about rubbish and speed traps on the commute from Hawaiian Acres to Pahoa during the time in question about the voter registration?
It has been two years and I don't remember what evidence fell into the time in question but there was enough evidence to hand down an incitement. Tiffany voted where she didn’t live for 5 years and two elections but there is a stature of limitations problem so it is too late to charge her going back to when it started.
