You might want to chechout www.SKYPE.com SKYPE allows you to call anyone anywhere for free using your PC. I have used it over dial-up and on T-3 lines all with good results. Just go to the site and download the plug-in and have the person you want to call do the same, then initiate the call. It costs about .01 per minute if you "SKYPE OUT" meaning you have SKYPE but you call a regular number cell phone, landline, etc).

I integrated SKYPE into the "Community of Practice" software that we use for team collaboration and it works great. There is also a Video SKYPE so let me know your thoughts.
