I turned on my AC yesterday and not much air was blowing out. Turned up the fan. I could hear the fan blowing harder but no more air was blowing. The air was cold just not much of it. I thought to check the cabin air filter. Took it out and it was soaking wet. I think the storm the other day must have caused water to,overflow into the air intake and soaked the filter. I hope your fix is as easy as mine.
