Kenoi's personal finances will be under spotlight

I have heard terms very similar to "self-righteous spiteful little twerp" used to describe Kenoi on numerous occasions over the past eight years. I've never liked him, but I grudgingly had to give him some credit for being clever enough to get elected. The whole way he has handled himself during the pCard episode, however, made me doubt his basic intelligence. Some of his public statements when the story broke were very unflattering, and now we have the drunken tirade on facebook. Kenoi was at a planning conference with a public purpose, so he doesn't get to claim privacy, even in the hospitality suite. If his family is embarassed, whose fault is that? They have my sympathy, but he should have thought about them before he behaved so badly.

As far as his political career being over is concerned, someone quite correctly pointed out to me on another of the now numerous "Kenoi screws up" threads how a comeback is not beyond imagination. So if it seems like piling on to point out yet another nasty episode, just remember that in the world of Billy Kenoi's unbounded ego, he has done no wrong.
