Dunno, how her place is set up, tho, if I had an extra space in my house for a rental, I'd hook up extra breaker box, and shut off valves, phone, etc...etc... in a secured locked boxes. It's funny how fast they vacate with no utilities.

Funny thing about playing the game and bluffing costs nothing! Worth a shot! I like the way you think Jeff. After hearing all these stories, probably not a good idea to jump into the rental business. Getting a good renter these days would be like winning a jackpot. I see why no one wants pets, etc...etc... Tho with no income and jobs hard to come by, is it any wonder why it's gotten so bad?
Hopefully, it can be resolved quickly.
