Received both signals for the first time this afternoon (10/26). Unfortunately, the original HPR-1 signal (91.1) has degraded from 3.5/4, to 2.0/4 (Now on 89.1)where I live (19 mile marker, HWY 130, about a mile above Uncle Roberts).
The new signal for HPR-2 91.3 comes in at about 1.5-2/4), which is barely audible.
This evening, the station told me they are now at 100% on the transmitters, and this is about as good as it is going to be without additional translators installed somewhere.
After waiting 15 years for HPR-2. This is REALLY disappointing.
