The bottom line is who is this person that the Hawaii Tribune Herald allows to write such things and be exempted from all of their rules whereas the rest of us have to tow the line?

This loser has to be known in some fashion by the Trib. Don't you have to pay for a subscription to be able to post? Or have they changed this as well? I would go after Disqus too. In any event, why does the Trib simply not block the user who is obviously violating all of their rules? Maybe a subpoena to Tiff would shed some light - I bet she knows who it is? I doubt she can afford too much much more in legal fees? Put the squeeze on.
