There was one race I can think of that a war was fought over, but still blamed the"white man". Then, suddenly they figured out it was time to "rise up!" ( their words, not mine) and now very many hold very high occupations within the U.S.
Think it's about time the "mental menehune" start with the same? The Micronesions even saw opportunity here in the Islands than stay where they were born and raised.
