you can also have a bonfire in your backyard if want.. just be sure to have a can of chili in a pot next to it.. cooking food kine fire all legal ... aloha
ps, who's the putz thats bring up burn bans? try mess w/ me then, I make my own potash monthly... my place is unpermitted too, and I drive 65 MPH uphill to work daily as well, and I tore off the label on my mattress yrs ago. get a life !
