Mark my word, he will rise from the (alleged) ashes. Many of his detractors have no idea how far this man's influence flows on this island. Contrary to what most punawebbers may believe, Billy is loved by a multitude of folks on this island. Now more than ever.
Let me remind folks that I did not support Billy in any of his two races. I was a Pilago and Yagong guy all the way. However, I will not use this fact to blind me to the many accomplishments that took place during Billy's tenure as mayor. Before you start typing your response to my post, please note that I make these claims with all known acknowledgements to Pcards, Ethics, and drunken youtube clips. I will not list theft, because we all know how that turned out. The courts found that there was NO theft. Done, end of story. Say what you want about Billy's legal team, but in the end, the decision is done. No theft. And in this process, Billy made the Attorney General, and all media outlets look like a bunch of damn fools. Dare I say it once again -- Rumors of his demise have been greatly exaggerated.
