Yeah kind of figure a difference in prices due to what is desirable and in a good area. I also see the lots for low 50k tend to get delisted quickly (from being bought I would think), I wouldnt even think about buying anything until I see it in person and do some further investigation. I cant imagine people buying land without taking a look at it, I heard on a previous post speculators were doing just that. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Thank you for your replies and I will be looking foward to this.
