Given to the overwhelming thought of how banks and convience stores etc. use their cameras to catch crooks, I would think that it takes a decent amount of quality equipment to do the job properly? I don't watch TV at all, so you will have to tell me if the current quality of their pictures makes them worth doing?? I have seen print pictures in the paper and they seem good like you could sometimes tell who it is. I haven't know the person or where to find them , so I have not gotten any reward yet either. Nor the big $$ reward for the 10 most wanted!! Darn.

I think I should go into this biz for you all and set up decent cameras on your site and have someone model for the camera and see if we can ID them. Since we all know Rabi's face, but he is on his honeymoon, he is out. The model would have to be one that does attend the Punatic parties, so as to be recognizable by most of you all.

Yes I too have scanned the camers from time to time and found all the gadgets interesting. I think that they fail to mention the pitfalls of these systems and how well they really work towards what you want and need. Then what if the police won't do anything and recognise the offender?
