Oh hpp........... grew up here. Kids riding quads and motorcycles up and down roads without any problems, enjoying freedom. Fishing up and down the coastline.
Hpp needs to be converted into a gated retirement community restricted to anyone below the age of 55. Anything kids do down here gets complained about. Drones now? Oh ok........
Just a couple of months ago on 10th st a group of kids ranging from 8-12 years of age had rocks thrown at them because they where riding bikes back and forth causing people's dogs bark. Heard that from a officer friend of mine. Parents called the cops on the 68 year old man who's privacy was being invaded and his dog being stressed out............. lmao lock the bikes up now too!
