Thank you Mrs. Mimosa, it's always nice when you chime in.
I too have to keep in mind that I am getting up there in age and that it will sneak up on me soon, so keeping my shabin low to the ground, and a ramp (as well as stairs) up to the lanai has always been in mind.

And thank you for the tip on Argus' Saturday sales on damaged materials.
