Sorry to hear this. If I were you I'd head to the vet. I know it'll cost money but you'll be paying for someone trained to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem, whatever it is.

If you don't currently have a vet, I can recommend Dr. Rodrigues at Aloha Vet in Hilo, he's excellent and has a specialty in felines.
