Sorry to hear about your cat friend. I'd say bite the bullet and go into the vet. They can see if there is any damage and will probably give you terramycin antibiotic and perhaps other medicine to help it heal as quickly as possible. My dear cat's eye was injured in a cat fight and it did heal but led to glaucoma in that eye later on. I had to give him regular medication and he eventually went blind in that eye. My vet said eye stuff is best dealt with as quickly as possible for the best outcomes. I second Dr. Rodriguez at Aloha vet.
