Carey, thank you for your very generous offer. However, I am only here for a couple months more or less. I am unable to provide proper care for unrooted plants and instead am relying on a few pukas, fissures, stacked rocks, etc. and some prayers to get the trees past their vulnerable period. If, considering this you think you might have something that might be a good fit I'll be happy to swing by, say hi and scoop a plant


I accessed our property a couple days ago.

I crawled over, under, through and cut away plenty.

Just a tiny path towards the rear where from satellite imagery I can see lava.

I'll give it another shot in a few days.

The triclopyr I painted on a few stumps which I cut a year ago has worked.

I'm using undiluted crossbow now (I'll let you know results when I know).
