It's interesting to see how hard people are searching for reasons to bash immigrants here.

Hawaii also allows drivers to use foreign licenses. In addition there are many international insurers that cover driver's liability, but most people who have not lived as ex-pats are unaware of this. There's also no citizen requirement to purchase insurance.
