All that is fine and dandy and I hope yo enjoy them immensely. But I doubt you are sitting down at Pohoiki educating each tourist as they get ready to board the boat. Keep in mind, in America, there's an expectation that the tour operator is responsible for their welfare. A responsibility Shane has never acknowledged. At least that's my conclusion formed by watching how he operates his tours.
