Aloha Broadband almost unusable lately

I noticed they have cable strung now from the ocean up through 4th and Makuu (including the dead end sections).I got my hopes up that maybe after 30 years of trying to get cable that it finely might happen. But they stopped at 5th (where I'm at) .
