"Ivy Armor" is the pre exposure "soap" that I described. Story goes Inventor developed the soaps during the Cold War. Apparently sales were dropping as the "war" de escalated and his kids came down with a good case of poison ivy while camping. Mom figured they had enough stuff sitting around the garage and decides to try it on the kids skin, and a new use was discovered.
