Vicente of course pointed out that no one living in Hawaii is a US citizen because they can't be naturalized.
Brandon carried on about unlined cesspools on mauna kea on the burial grounds, which there aren't. I couldn't even understand his points. "Area E is a type of ethnocide which is a type of genocide."
They also made veiled threats, "I would die for the mountain". "We will block you...Thousands!"
None of them proved they couldn't perform their new religious practices, in fact many talked about how over time they've done more and more ceremonies up there.
The only solid point that I think they made was that the rent was too low and that other telescopes should be re-assessed but that issues is unrelated to the TMT.
I think naleo.tv will put it up later for replaying if you missed it. At the very least you might enjoy the conch cell blowing after anti-tmt speeches.
Brannon is an emotional trainwreck. If anyone missed his violent rant in 2015 you can read it at

The strategy to "go emotional" was fruitless. Crying about being arrested, crying about the stress caused by participating in the contested case hearing - this is not an effective legal strategy.
I predicted in February, "From what has been presented so far, the petitioners opposed to the TMT have not provided strong evidence that the TMT does not satisfy the eight criteria for construction in a conservation district. They are going to lose their case. DLNR will approve the CDUA."
The TMT opponents needed a top US litigator like David Boies to have a shot at winning in the second hearing. They had more lawyers this time including Clarence Ching and Lanny Sinkin, but lost again.
