A justifiable homicide is still a homicide. Many incidents are resolved when the perpetrator realizes the intended victim is armed. As for your strange version of history, I think you should do your own research. I doubt Rob would approve of a mile long list of links to the writings of the founders and prior common law. It would be impossible to have a debate on the basic 2nd amendment validity and meaning while keeping the topic Hawaii or Puna unless I just randomly throw those words in somewhere like I just sort of did.
