The front portion of the property was bulldozed in the past. The property is about half way between e and f. We drove back as the sun was setting and observed the rd at night and hung around for a bit listening. It seemed quiet with the exception of the neighbors dog which doesn’t really bother me, we have 2 of our own although quiet. The sspp would be about $2900 but we don’t plan on hooking up. We have a solar system for our tiny cabin on wheels here in Northern California that we plan on using. I am unsure about any property pins but my buyers agent should be able to answer that. As far as internet I have heard the roads are now getting fiber. Our buyers agent said she is getting it on the next road over. We have 4WD vehicles capable of handling the roads which are comparable to some roads in our home county. We are paying cash so thinking of offering a little less to start.
